RESULTS & TESTIMONIALS

Mrs. Sunita Poddar conducted the first yoga sessions in Glasgow last

month.


Councillor Butt inaugurated the first session by the lighting of a diya (candle), 'It is an honour to be here. Yoga is not new - especially in India - but we need it desperately in Scotland. Everyone should join these classes for their own health's sake. I'll do everything I can to make sure Glasgow City Council knows the benefits this charity can bring. These free classes are the first step to making Glasgow a healthier city.'

Sessions were open to the general public. Sessions were attended by all generations; children, adults and the elderly. Results ranged from a weight loss of between 2-7lbs by most participants within one week. Participants felt physical as well as mental benefits
